Terms and Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Condition Carefully:-

1. Fees paid by the Candidate(s) is/are not refundable under any circumstances including change of residence, &, discontinuing studies etc. Also, fees once paid will not be transferred to any other candidate and it is valid for 1 year from the date of enrolment with Skillspade Solutions Pvt Ltd.
2. Candidate is required to furnish proper details like name, email address, contact number, address, parent details, &, education qualification. Any changes in the particulars/information as furnished by the candidate(s), the same has to be informed by the respective candidates to the respective admin for time to time in order to receive timely updates about the Course.
3. Skillspade Solutions Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify a program due to a change of regulations/norms, low attendance and/or any other unforeseen circumstances. The timetable for various batches is only indicative & not conclusive. It can change in terms of date, &, timings. The Candidate is advised to check their Email, WhatsApp group from time to time for any notification/updation from Skillspade Solutions Pvt Ltd.
4. Students won’t be allowed to change batch without the permission of the concerned authority.
5. On paying the requisite fees, Skillspade Solutions Pvt Ltd would send across an email confirming your admission to the course offered by Skillspade Solutions Pvt Ltd. Kindly note that, the admission to the Course is subject to the clearance of all cheques, failing which the admission of the Candidate would be cancelled with immediate effect.
6. For the amount of fees paid by the student only one set of study material will be provided to the students by the board or Skillspade Solutions Pvt Ltd, any amendments in the syllabus will be mailed to them from time to time.
7. The Candidate agrees to attend the scheduled lecture from time to time & maintain decorum & professionalism in the class. Any act disturbing the atmosphere of the class would lead to disciplinary actions which may lead to termination of admission without any repayment of fees.
8. If any Students is found for damaging the property of the institute shall be held responsible for replacing it or paying the cost of the same.
9. Fees paid to Skillspade Solutions Pvt Ltd include only training fees. It does not include Board Registration, Examination charges and Certification fees.
10. In addition to Skillspade Solutions Pvt Ltd fees, students are supposed to bear all the statutory body fees such as registration, examination, certification etc.
11. For candidates falling under the category of 3 plus years of experience the discount with the board and training will be facilitated by Skillspade Solutions Pvt Ltd for the candidates.
12. Any documents produced by the candidate as the proof of residence, education qualification and work experience should be genuine and in case of any declaration & document(s) as submitted by the Candidate, is/are found false/fake/forge, in such scenarios, the candidate will be hold responsible for such consequent and admission of the respective candidate will be immediately cancelled with further consequences.
